Schnitzel not edible, pizza cold. And pick it up yourself.

Have no more gyros at 8 p.m. ... are totally overwhelmed, sometimes wait 2 hours, it's slowly going down the drain✌

Nice staff and delicious food

We had ordered on September 1st, 2020 for a total of 6 people. On the phone they said it would take about three quarters of an hour. When after an hour nobody was there, we called and inquired. They said it wouldn't be long. After 2 more calls (it was said again that it would be there soon) the food came. Waiting time: 2.5 hours. Sorry, but that's just plain outrageous. When the customer is already calling, you can be honest and say "Sorry, we have a lot to do and can't keep up with the delivery. But holding off the customer like this is outrageous. Incidentally, the driver did not apologize. How was the food? The pizzas okay, but the gypsy schnitzel was not good. Due to the very long delivery time, the food was ice cold. But since everyone was hungry and we didn't want to wait forever again, we ate it. Conclusion: 1 star out of 5 (1 star deduction because of the delivery time, 1 star deduction because the customer was lied to, one star deduction because the employee did not apologize and one star deduction because of the cold food).

For many years, our tribe "pommesbude" and pizzeria when it has to go fast and to be delicious, primarily pizzeria customers. Otherwise typical snacks, seating areas inside and outside quite "small", pure family business, nice team, fleet execution of the order, no reason for complaints.
